How long is the training day?

Answer: Most training sessions are about eight hours/day.

What time does training start?

Answer: We try and schedule the trainings around your normal
workday schedule, typically 8:00am -5:00pm.

Who do I contact with hardware questions?

Answer: Please call support at 800.323.3370 with your hardware questions.

What if I need to change or cancel my training dates?

Answer: Please contact the training supervisor at 801.847.4885

Does the trainer install the software when they arrive?

Answer: No, the software needs to be installed prior to training.
We suggest an IT expert do the installation.
