We offer several training options to meet the specific needs of your practice. Each training option is conducted by a member of our training team, working with you to create the best training program for your practice. We manage your staff through the implementation process and include suggestions for how you can improve your practice's efficiency and productivity with your new software tools. We also offer advanced training to help more experiences users maximize use of the software.
Option #1: In Office/On-Site Training (Basic)
- Customized training on-site, at your practice
- Covers all the basic product features
- Implements system customization options for your practice
Option #2: In Office/On-Site Training (Advanced)
- A combination of basic software functions and new features are covered
- In-depth training on advanced features in the software
- Customized training on specific topics requested by your practice
- Customization of office set-up as requested
- Once training is complete, a survey will need to be completed and returned to Henry Schein Practice Solutions
Option #3: Phone Training
- Customized training over the phone, via conference call
- Training on specific topics requested by your practice
- Diagnosis of inefficiencies and challenges your practice is having with the software, and provides solutions
